Citation rate

Citation rate is the proportion of a hotel's AI mentions in which the hotel's own website is the cited source, rather than an OTA, review platform or editorial site. When an AI assistant names a hotel it usually credits a source, and that credit matters commercially: a recommendation credited to an intermediary tends to route the booking through one.
