Citation rate
When an AI assistant names a hotel, it usually credits a source. Citation rate is the proportion of those mentions where the hotel's own website is the cited source, rather than an OTA, review platform or editorial site. It matters commercially: a recommendation credited to an intermediary tends to route the booking through one.
